No one says it more perfectly than Rod.
After coming home from a busy day at work, Ryan and I played with Ryder. We were making the simplest noises and all of a sudden Ryder began cracking up laughing. Of course, this fueled our efforts to continue the laughter.  There you had Ryan and I making making bizarre noises, funny faces, etc to hear the laughs from the bellows of Ryder's belly. Still amazes me how hearing your son laugh and seeing him smile makes nothing else matter at all in that very moment.

A new year
